We work closely with our client to deliver a tailored service.

Work is carried out in stages, from preliminary feasibility to completion of the building works and the fitting-out of the interiors. Clients may choose the full start-to-finish service or opt for part only, such as up to receipt of planning permission.

We advise on the need to appoint other consultants, such as structural engineer, quantity surveyor, party wall surveyor or services engineer, and on how best to appoint a building contractor.

Computer modelling and visualisation play an increasingly significant part in aiding us in the design process and in analysing buildings and spaces.

We bring to each job the personal commitment of the partner-in-charge as well as the strength of the team as a whole.
