Maha Phillips, Partner

Maha Phillips has been Partner at Haines Phillips Architects since its inception in July 2007 following the amalgamation of its two constituent firms, Andrews Downie and Partners and Knight Phillips Architects.

Maha joined Andrews Downie and Partners in 1997, becoming an associate shortly afterwards, completing a major residential conversion project in Covent Garden which featured in the architectural press. She has specialized in central London high-end residential work since. She is now in charge of this area of work within the practice.

Her work in this sector encompasses prime residential projects in Central London for developers, both in new-build and refurbishments, and work for private clients on large and medium size renovations, extensions and internal fit-outs. Sensitive urban interventions and creative resolutions of the brief and context are a feature of her work. Conservation and Heritage projects in central London are also an area of expertise in her portfolio.
