Piers Carlisle, Associate Partner

Piers Carlisle has been an Associate at Haines Phillips Architects since 2013 and Associate Partner since 2018. He had previously spent time at both our constituent practices, Andrews Downie & Partners and Knight Phillips Architects, between 1998 and 2007, and came with us to join Haines Phillips Architects from its inception in 2007.

Within the practice Piers has been responsible for overseeing a wide range of residential projects, both new-build and refurbishment, ranging in size from individual homes to much larger developments.

Piers has also worked on a number of listed buildings and buildings in conservation areas which have included cultural and educational properties, for example on our major projects for RADA and the Handel House Museum, as well as major residential schemes such as at the former Normansfield Hospital in Richmond upon Thames.

As Associate Partner Piers also takes responsibility for the office's BIM strategy as the office makes the transition from drawing in 2 dimensions to working in the 3D environment of Building Information Modelling.
