This £3.5m mixed use development comprised a partnership between Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and Groveworld Developments. The twelve top end of the market apartments cross funded the erection of 12000 sq ft of shell space for an extension of the adjoining RADA teaching premises.
The practice was subsequently responsible for the fit out of the RADA space and has now been asked by RADA to look at other aspects of its adjoining property.
