Completed Mayfair apartment refurb and fit-out project

Images from our completed refurbishment and fitting out project on a two bedroom flat located within an Art-Deco mansion block on Upper Brook Street in Mayfair, London W1.

The work consisted of the complete demolition and stripping out of the internal partitions and fabric and the reconstruction of the interior to a new layout, providing two double bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms and a generously proportioned reception and dining room.

Our design for the fit-out and selection of finishes was in response to our client’s desire for continuing the original Art-Deco style and features that permeate the common parts from which the flat is accessed, but in an updated fashion more suited to our client’s lifestyle.
