Inside Housing Development Awards Shortlisting

We are delighted to announce that our Rhodes Moorhouse Development in Morden for client Haig Housing Trust has been selected as a finalist in the 'Best Affordable Housing Scheme (in construction)' category at the 2019 Inside Housing Development Awards. The development was formally opened by Her Majesty The Queen on 11th October 2019.

Over the years we have collaborated on a number of projects with Haig Housing Trust, including this development of 68 affordable homes and in the recent past our project at Parry Court, Morden which was shortlisted at the 2018 Inside Housing Development Awards. That scheme was made up of 8 affordable, one-bedroom dwellings, designed for single ex-service personnel who have been recently discharged from the Armed Services.

The winners of the 2019 Inside Housing Development Awards will be announced on Wednesday, 27th November.
