Planning consents obtained for three developments in central London

Haines Phillips Architects have obtained planning consent for three mixed- use projects in London, in Westminster, Fitzrovia and Bloomsbury.

Construction of our project on Dacre Street in Westminster SW1, comprising four residential units over a ground floor commercial space, is due to commence imminently.

Our project on Goodge Street in Fitzrovia W1, is a similar development of three residential units over a commercial space and is anticipated to go on site later in 2018.

The section drawing below is from our project on Guilford Street in Bloomsbury WC1. Planning consent was obtained in March 2018 for two maisonettes above and around a ground floor commercial unit. The project is now in detailed design development.
