UPDATE: Former Normansfield Hospital, Teddington
Our redevelopment of the former Normansfield Hospital in Teddington recently received an award from the Teddington Society for quality of design and workmanship in the restoration of this Grade II listed building.
The building had originally been placed on the EH ‘At risk’ register but we are pleased to confirm that as a result of its sensitive restoration the building has now been formally removed from the register.
The project has proved commercially successful with all 61 high quality completed apartments within the original listed building now sold.
Work is currently proceeding on the second phase of the project, the construction of 26 apartments in a new build block designed in a sympathetic architectural style.
