Paul Lofthouse, Associate Partner
Paul Lofthouse has been an Associate Partner at Haines Phillips Architects since 2018. He had previously worked at one of our constituent practices, Andrews Downie & Partners, from 2002 to 2007, and came with us to join Haines Phillips Architects from its inception in 2007, becoming an Associate in 2013 and Senior Associate in 2016.
Paul has been responsible for a broad range of projects at a wide range of scales. These have been mainly in the residential development sector, for both developer and private clients and have included refurbishment as well as new build projects.
Recently a number of his projects in London and the South-East have involved challenging mixed use schemes on existing buildings that involve both commercial and residential functions.
Within the practice Paul is responsible for our PR and social media profile.
