Obtaining planning consent for a site considered impossible to develop
Haines Phillips achieved a remarkable consent on this hilly backland site which was considered to be impossible to develop by local residents and potential developers due to its sensitive context being surrounded by other houses.
Our design comprises three detached and two semi-detached houses, each with private gardens and terraces.
The houses are accessed via a private cul-de-sac set in a generously landscaped setting.
The contemporary design of the exterior finished in painted render, timber boarding and zinc cladding, carries through to the details of internal finishes and fittings.
