Refurbishment and extension of a Grade II listed Victorian building

Haines Phillips Architects were appointed as Design Manager by the Principal Contractor Quinn London Limited to oversee the co-ordination of the different elements of the design.

The scheme is a refurbishment and extension of a grade II listed Victorian building in High Wycombe to create space for a mix of new commercial uses with a total area of 1,260m2 arranged over ground and mezzanine levels.
