This project is a mixed-use development in the heart of Kingston comprising of 19 apartments and 10 live /work units arranged above five small offices and a large retail unit at street level.

The live/work and residential units are entered via a raised terrace above the retail unit at first floor level.

Discrete car parking is provided within a rear ground floor courtyard accessed through a covered driveway off Cowleaze Road, which separates the retail and office elements of the scheme.

The project was taken from planning through to completion. 


The development is located in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey.
