This project was the restoration, conversion and extension of four Grade II listed terraced buildings on Deptford Broadway for The Lady Florence Trust, a local charity.
The project developed with the help of the local authority and English Heritage, has allowed the Trust to secure the long term future of what were previously semi-derelict properties, through the rental income of some of the flats and other facilities, financing its good work in providing support, advice and shelter for disadvantaged people in Deptford.
