This project is a mews development of nine contemporary houses on a tight urban site in the heart of Islington.
Through clever design and sensitive negotiations with adjoining owners and Islington’s planning department we produced a design and obtained planning consent for a development with an unusually high density.
The detailed technical design and specification was on the basis of a a challengingly tight budget which we successfully delivered with the contractor and project team.
